Work Experience
​Kara founded Map Your Way Psychology because she wanted people, like you, to experience genuine 'human to human' therapeutic connection, to not feel alone, while navigating the dilemmas and challenges we all share. At the same time, Kara celebrates your strengths, different perspectives, and what makes you unique.

Kara has been practicing as a Clinical Psychologist for more than 15 years. ​She has 18 years of work experience and training in the field of psychology, across a range of public mental health and private practice setting in Melbourne and Sydney. This has included working with children, adolescents, families, parents, individual adults and couples.
